Alot of the Royal Star forum guys bought this lift this summer. They've put 2x4's where the bike needed to make it fit on the lift. My SO has used it on the Savage.
He put a block of wood under the kickstand to level the bike. He positioned the lift under the Savage. Find the frame points and position 2x4's between the lift and the bike. Make sure you tie the bike down. You should be all set.
